Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Meteors Stake Predictor website and services (the "Service") operated by Meteors Technology Ltd. ("us", "we", "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms of Service, the following terms shall have the meanings as defined below:

  • "Service" refers to the Meteors Stake Predictor website, applications, and all related services provided by Meteors Technology Ltd.
  • "User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Service.
  • "Predictor" refers to any of our AI-powered prediction tools for Stake.com games.
  • "Subscription" refers to the recurring payment plan that grants access to our Predictors.
  • "Lifetime Access" refers to the one-time payment option that grants extended access to our Predictors.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1. To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

2.2. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account.

2.3. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2.4. You agree not to create more than one account per person, unless expressly permitted by us. You also agree not to create an account using a false identity or providing false information.

2.5. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where we believe a user has violated these Terms.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Meteors Technology Ltd. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

3.2. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Meteors Technology Ltd.

3.3. You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights, including without limitation, copyright, trademark, trade secret, and patent rights, in the Service and its content are owned by us or our suppliers.

4. User Content

4.1. Our Service may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("User Content"). You are responsible for the User Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

4.2. By posting User Content to the Service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, perform, display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the Service. You retain any and all of your rights to any User Content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service and you are responsible for protecting those rights.

4.3. You represent and warrant that: (i) the User Content is yours (you own it) or you have the right to use it and grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and (ii) the posting of your User Content on or through the Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

  1. In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
  2. For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.
  3. To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
  4. To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Meteors Technology Ltd., a Meteors Technology Ltd. employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
  5. To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or or which, as determined by us, may harm Meteors Technology Ltd. or users of the Service or expose them to liability.
  6. To attempt to circumvent any technological measure implemented by us to restrict access to the Service or protect the Service.
  7. To attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or hack any of our Predictors or algorithms.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

6.1. Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

6.2. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Meteors Technology Ltd. cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting Meteors Technology Ltd. customer support team.

6.3. A valid payment method, including credit card, cryptocurrency, or other approved payment method, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide Meteors Technology Ltd. with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, and valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Meteors Technology Ltd. to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

6.4. Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Meteors Technology Ltd. will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.

6.5. For Lifetime Access purchases, you agree to make a one-time payment that grants you extended access to the specified Predictor. Lifetime Access is subject to the continued operation of our Service and does not guarantee perpetual access should our Service be discontinued.

7. Free Trial

7.1. Meteors Technology Ltd. may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time ("Free Trial").

7.2. You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for the Free Trial.

7.3. If you do enter your billing information when signing up for the Free Trial, you will not be charged by Meteors Technology Ltd. until the Free Trial has expired. On the last day of the Free Trial period, unless you cancelled your Subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees for the type of Subscription you have selected.

7.4. At any time and without notice, Meteors Technology Ltd. reserves the right to (i) modify the terms and conditions of the Free Trial offer, or (ii) cancel such Free Trial offer.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

8.1. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. METEORS TECHNOLOGY LTD. EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8.2. METEORS TECHNOLOGY LTD. MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (I) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (II) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (III) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, OR (IV) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

8.3. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM METEORS TECHNOLOGY LTD. OR THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE TERMS.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. IN NO EVENT SHALL METEORS TECHNOLOGY LTD., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM ANY (I) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT, (II) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF OUR SERVICE, (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION AND/OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN, (IV) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM OUR SERVICE, (V) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE, WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH OUR SERVICE BY ANY THIRD PARTY, AND/OR (VI) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, EMAILED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT THE COMPANY IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9.2. THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTION. YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT METEORS TECHNOLOGY LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR USER CONTENT OR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY AND THAT THE RISK OF HARM OR DAMAGE FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH YOU.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Meteors Technology Ltd., its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Service; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

We stand behind the quality of our predictors and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all first-time purchases of our predictors. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

2.1 Monthly Subscriptions

  • New customers are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase date.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer support team.
  • After the initial 7-day period, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing cycle.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing cycles.

2.2 Lifetime Access Purchases

  • New customers are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date.

  • For credit card payments: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
  • For cryptocurrency payments: Refunds will be processed to the original wallet address within 5-10 business days. Please note that we are not responsible for fluctuations in cryptocurrency value between the time of purchase and the time of refund.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

4. Subscription Cancellations

4.1 How to Cancel a Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing cycles. To cancel your subscription:

5.1 If you experience technical issues with our predictors or services, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@meteorspredictor.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any technical issues promptly.

5.2 In the event of extended service interruptions or technical issues that significantly impair the functionality of our predictors, we may, at our sole discretion, offer one of the following remedies:

  • Extension of your subscription period
  • Credit toward future purchases
  • Partial or full refund

5.3 The appropriate remedy will be determined based on the nature, duration, and severity of the service interruption or technical issue.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes to this Refund Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
